Top quality supplies and beads are used to ensure long lasting wear. All waist bead orders are handmade and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

All pieces made by Waist Beads by Sewra™ are guaranteed if you should ever need an adjustment or a repair. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or a refund.     • Our waist beads range in size from 25″ to 52″. Each order is handmade and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

    • We do not do rush orders.

    • All Waist Beads by Sewra™ orders are shipped out of New York City using USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.

    • We use recycled materials and source Eco-green companies for our printing, packaging and shipping.

    • WBBS™ ships to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

    • We also ship to the following countries: Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, France, Japan, United Kingdom and Germany. Please email WBBS™ for shipping rates to other countries.

    • To track your package, log onto  www.USPS.com and enter your tracking number listed on your Shipping Confirmation Email.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL 

with signature confirmation to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery or for packages that have been signed for and not properly delivered.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS: USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation  $15

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL with signature confirmation. Delivery is 3 to 5 business days.  We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery or for packages that have been signed for and not properly delivered and/or packages that are lost/stolen/held up in customs.  We are not responsible nor control custom fees imposed by your home country.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS: USPS Express Mail International $40

When will my WBBS™ order ship?

    • Each waist bead order is handmade and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

    • All styles in Ready To Wear are available to ship within 2 business days if ordered by itself.

    • If a style from the Ready to Wear shoppe is ordered with a handmade style from the Boutique, everything will ship together and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, WBBS™ ships to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. All Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation.

What is the Return Policy?

    • Waist Beads by Sewra™ only repairs and accepts waist beads made by WBBS™.

    • Returns and exchanges from The Waist Beads Boutique will be fully refunded within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days all sales are final.

    • If you are unhappy with your Waist Beads by Sewra™ order, please send an email to: boutique@waistbeads.com, informing the boutique if you would like to make a return or exchange.

    • If your waist beads happen to break or snap you may return them for a free repair. Customer pays for return shipping charges.

    • Please email the boutique prior to returning to discuss repair.

What if I need an Adjustment or Repair?

    • If you ordered your waist beads in the wrong size, you may return them to The Waist Beads Boutique within 10 days for an exchange or an adjustment. Please contact The Waist Beads Boutique via email at boutique@waistbeads.com.

    • Adjustments to be made LARGER are subject to a fee depending on size difference and style to cover labor and material.

    • Adjustments to be made SMALLER are free of charge.

    • Customer pays $15 for domestic return shipping and $40 for international return shipping.
